Measure the circumference at the largest point of the chest. Keep the measurement horizontal.

Waist

Measure the circumference from the height of the navel. Keep the measurement horizontal.

Hip

Measure the circumference at the largest point of the hip, about 20cm below the waistline. Keep the measurement horizontal.

Thigh

Measure the circumference of the thigh just below the groin. Keep the measurement horizontal.

Inseam measurement

Stand straight against a wall. Have someone else measure from crotch to ankle.

Arm

Measure from shoulder (humerus) to wrist.

Height

Stand straight against a wall. Have someone else measure from the top of your head to the floor.
